With over three decades of executive experience across diverse industries and functions, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Investor Relations, her well-rounded background means she brings a remarkable blend of expertise and insight to the table.
Marcella’s impressive career in human resources has made a lasting impact on renowned companies like Google, Impossible Foods, and now, Gray Solutions. Her focus lies in crafting and executing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives, and fostering a culture that empowers Solutioneers to thrive and contribute their best.
No stranger to academic rigor, Marcella graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a coveted Morehead-Cain Scholarship. Taking her passion for public policy to new heights, she obtained a Master in Public Policy from the prestigious John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
When Marcella’s not busy leading and innovating, she calls Lexington, Kentucky, home, where she and her husband live with two adorable dogs and a jaw-dropping collection of 17 bicycles. She strives to be a compassionate leader with an unwavering commitment to excellence and inclusivity, and a driving force behind fostering a culture at Gray Solutions where the best want to belong.
